today i went back to IJ. partly to see pet. haha. yes, you read right. but i went back mostly cos i miss it so damn much.
so i saw ms jo teo, talked a bit, and then she told me abt sunday's article abt IJ girls. if you haven't seen it, maybe you shld. if you're an old girl, you'll understand the anger i feel. it's terrible. the epitome of the fact journalism ethics is just a phrase thrown ard, empty words.
IJ is my pride. i'm glad the girls in school now feel insulted (ms teo told me) cos well, it means to some extent, they're proud of the rich heritage of IJ. i'm sure a lot of people go through school just waiting to get out, and never take a second glance back. i'm pretty sure most people wouldn't give 2 fucks if their schools burnt to the ground. i'm also sure pretty much every girl who has gone through the system will feel an attachment to IJ.
